Our 2025 Adelaide Hills Saignée is made from 100% handpicked certified organic Pinot Noir grown in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills.

Made using the traditional saignée method, this is Pinot Noir—but not as you know it. Delicate, bright and beautifully expressive, it showcases the lighter, prettier side of the variety while retaining the precision and purity that Pinot Noir is celebrated for.

Lifted aromas of wild strawberry, rose petals and watermelon lead into a palate of fresh red berries, vibrant natural acidity and a fine, silky texture. Dry, refreshing and effortlessly drinkable, this is a wine with elegance, energy and quiet complexity.
